These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Retirement Planner website, including myfinancialaffairs.biz and any related domains operated for the planner.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

3. Purpose of the site
The site provides retirement planning, budgeting, projection, cash-flow, tax-estimate, scenario comparison, risk-review, annual-review, charitable-giving, survivor-planning, and advisor-reporting tools. The site helps users organize assumptions and see planning estimates.
4. No professional advice
The site does not provide personalized financial planning, tax advice, legal advice, accounting advice, investment advice, or fiduciary services unless separately stated in a written engagement agreement signed by the relevant parties. Outputs, reports, projections, alerts, and suggestions are illustrative estimates only. Users remain responsible for decisions made using site output and should review important decisions with qualified professionals.
5. Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. Access may be limited to invited or approved users. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, keeping credentials confidential, using available security features, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.
6. User content and data
You retain ownership of the information, assumptions, notes, files, workbook imports, scenarios, and other content you provide. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe an account or user has violated these Terms, created security risk, misused the site, failed to maintain accurate account information, or if continued access would be unlawful or harmful.
